Andy was the beloved husband of 64 years to Betty before her passing in 2010, adoring father to Andrea (Don) & Tom (May), loving grandfather to Kyle (Mia), Matthew, Ryan, Alex, Pete, Ashley (Bryce) & Tony, and he had six great grandchildren.
Andy passed away peacefully. He was born in Conrad, Montana. After his marriage to Betty in 1946, they came to San Jose to settle and raise their family. He worked in sales for building products before retiring after 25 years.
Andy and Betty became grandma and grandpa to every sports team member of every sports team their grandchildren played for. Sitting in their lawn chairs, or on the bleachers, rooting for the team was a regular activity which they loved. He was a devoted San Francisco Giants super fan, and would watch every game from his recliner at home.
Andy was very independent, living on his own at home until his decline three weeks before he was moved to Skyline Health Care Center, where he passed.
