Frances, 93, passed away Sunday in Santa Clara, CA. She was born in Portland to Joseph and Salviatura Caruso, both natives of Trabia, Italy. She grew up in Portland with her brothers, Sam, Tony and Joseph and her sister Mary. Frances married Alfred R. Lima of San Jose, CA on Nov. 17, 1946. They moved to San Francisco in 1947 and then to San Carlos in 1957. In 1973 they moved to Santa Clara where Alfred passed away in 2006. Frances is survived by her sister, Mary McIntire of Portland; numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. .
