Geraldine Ann Oliver

Geraldine (Gerry) Ann Oliver, resident of Sunnyvale, CA passed away suddenly on August 15, 2016 in Santa Clara, CA. She was surrounded by her sister, brother and members of her Mission College Family. She is preceded in death by her father, Richard L. Law and Mother, Jessie O. Law, both of San Jose, CA. She is survived by her sister Sandra Carter (Nephty) of Arroyo Grande, CA and brother Steven Law of Sunnyvale, CA. Gerry will be reunited with her furry children who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge: Pax, Randy, Dylan, and Dutch. Gerry lived a full life filled with music, travel, family and many friends. She approached life with great passion, sense of humor and a bit of a mischievous sparkle in her eye (ok more than a bit!). Gerry began her employment career working for various Semiconductor companies during the growth of Silicon Valley in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Gerry worked at Mission College in Santa Clara for approximately the past 10 years where she became an integral part of the Mission College Family, supporting the Math and Science Divisions. She loved working in Education and providing service to the students was her utmost priority. Her sister and brother would like to thank Gerry’s Mission College family for their expression of love and support in honor of Gerry during the past few weeks. A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held Saturday, August 27, 1:00pm at Mission College, Santa Clara, CA. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to any of the following organizations:
