I was saddened to hear Jim passed away. I saw him at our 30th high school reunion when he pulled up on his motorcycle.  I’ll always remember him as an extremely kind person who always had a smile on his face. In grade school, I remember he would eat ketchup and mayonnaise sandwiches. He used to laugh at me because he knew I hated mayonnaise. 
Again, a very kind and gentle soul that will be missed.

I will always think of you Jim when I ride a long stretch of freeway, remembering the times you would break formation and race up beside me, as if to race "for pinks".  I have you to thank for making me the "lil' road captain" and a better rider with your encouragement.  It will bring a smile to my face when I recall the times I'd have to duck to avoid parts flying off your bike, or wear chaps so I wouldn't get oil on my pants.  I have many happy memories and I will truly miss you.  Rest in peace, Jim.

Jimmy was more than just a customer to all of us at Mojo Burger.  He was part of our extended family and always made us laugh.  He was our unofficial body guard on Friday nights.  It was an honor and pleasure getting to know Jimmy over these last few years.  No matter how bad your day might be Jimmy would always put a smile on your face. One of the nicest, funniest people I have known.  My peace be with him as he will surly be missed on this earth.

We would always run into each other during our kids activities at school and Jim would bring a great big smile that lit up the room.  I really got to know Jim better during our high school summer picnics at Central Park, thanks for all the stories and laughter you shared with us.  Your passing breaks my heart and you will be missed by all who knew you.  Blessing and strength to your family during this difficult time.

We have had so many good memories together over the years.  I'm so grateful that I met you about 21 years ago, when I was just getting clean and sober. You were always a positive influence in my life and I'm super grateful to have been able to say, I knew Jim Busby. When I ride, I will ride in memory of you brother. Godspeed until we meet again.
