John Ganas, 66, passed away suddenly on May 27, 2015. John was a devoted son to his dad, John and mom, Patricia (deceased). He was a loving husband of Mary, brother-in-law to Jack & Patty Rosetti and Bob and Pat Sparacino. John was a fun uncle to Jim (Aileen) Rosetti, Mike (Renee) Rosetti and Peter Sparacino, and a very fun great-uncle to Lucas, Nicholas and Natalie Rosetti and Fiamma DePalma Sparacino. John was cousin to Roger Ganas, Christy (Greg) Johnson and Scott (Monica) Ganas, as well as many cousins in Ohio. Recently retired from the travel industry, John worked as a travel agent for over 35 years. John loved his family, his great friends, animals, good food and spirited discussions. He was an avid fan of all Bay Area sports. John was a big guy – with a big heart. He will be deeply missed. A memorial service is being planned with details available soon on the Lima website.
