Nicola Anthony Tersigni

December 23, 1931 – July 25, 2024

Sadly, Nick unexpectedly passed away on July 25th of sudden cardiac arrest. He was born in Detroit, Michigan to Giuseppe and Restituta Tersigni on December 23, 1931. Around 1945 his family moved to San Jose. Following an active school life, he graduated from Campbell High School in 1951. After working for a short time he was drafted into the Army in 1953 where he met his first wife. Together they had four children: Steven, Jawan, Jill and Robert and later divorced in 1969. He thereafter met Dorothy and they married in 1970.

He worked for Berkley Farms for many years and upon his retirement took another job as a school crossing guard for several years. He was greatly loved and admired by both the children and their parents. He loved baseball and actually pitched softball for many years. He was an avid San Francisco Giants fan all his life.

He was predeceased by his parents and his brother Louie. Nick is survived by his wife Dorothy, his brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Lucille, his four children, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Nick was greatly admired and will be terribly missed by family and friends. Funeral services will be private.
