Sam was 61 and passed away peacefully at O'Connor Hospital. Prior to his passing Sam worked at Costco Wholesale for over 15 years, a job he took great pride in. He will be missed and remembered always for his loving spirit and generosity. Sam is survived by his children, Nicolas and Analisa, and his mother Romelia.
