Entered into eternal rest July 20th with family at his bedside.
A private family graveside service will be held at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery.
Celebration of Tom's life will take place on Thursday July 28th at the Santa Clara Valley Blind Center 101 N.Bascom Ave San Jose at 6pm.
In Lieu of flowers family requests donations can be made in Tom's name to the Santa Clara Valley Blind Center
