Ysaias J. Olivas, 92 passed away peacefully in San Jose. He was born in San Gabriel, CA and later the family moved to San Jose, CA. He graduated from San Jose Technical High School. He served his country for four years in the US Army and was a recipient of the Bronza star. Ysaias enjoyed being a painter for many years. He is survived by many nieces, great nieces, great great nieces and nephews, great nephews, and great great nephews. He is predeceased in death by his siblings Alfonso, Elisa, Alfred, Alex, Lena, Esther, Louise, Albert and Arthur. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 13th from 5:00 - 9:00p.m. with Rosary at 6:00p.m. at Lima Family Santa Clara, 466 N. Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara. Mass will be held on Friday, March 14th at 10:30a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 325 Willow St, San Jose. Interment to follow in Santa Clara Mission Cemetery.
