He had called Santa Paula home for sixty years. He touched the lives of many, and will be missed by all who knew him. He loved wilderness and the outdoors, and introduced his family to the wonders of Yosemite, Yellowstone, the Tetons, and the Grand Canyon. He enjoyed hiking, backpacking and camping. He summited Mt. Whitney twice, the second time at the age of 70. He was an Assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 307, and accompanied the Scouts on many hikes and backpacks. He loved to sing, and was a member of the Gold Coast Community Chorus for many years; the Chorus performed locally, and in Europe and at Carnegie Hall. He always projected a wonderful sense of humor. He was a happy man and a true gentleman. He loved his family more than words can express.
He was preceded in death by Wanda, his first wife, and by Shirley, his second wife. Both were the loves of his life. He had also lost his daughter, Judy Hart, and his grandson, Randy Hart.
Bob is survived by his children Paul Hanneman (Lynellyn Le Clair), Eric Hanneman, Don Hart, Dianne Hamilton (Dan), Denise Schaefer, Tom Dillard (Ruby), John Dillard, and Bruce Dillard (Faye); by grandchildren Kristina Keefe, Erin Perillo, Heather Levinson, Jordan Dillard; and by great grandchildren Abby Keefe, Sean Nehyba, Mia Perillo, and Fin Perillo.
