My deepest condolences of Herbie’s passing I just googled him and found this… So very sorry I spoke to him about six months ago for the first time in so many years he didn’t sound any different than he did 40 years ago! He always had so many stories with my dad and it was so wonderful to connect with him again.
I have no doubt he and my dad Bob are up there soaring around somewhere and  Having quite a few laughs,

Herb will live forever in our memories and in our heart. To me he was like an adopted dad and a walking book of stories I’ll never hear elsewhere. Full of life and knowledge he was. I enjoyed every bit of the last 2.5 years I got to spend with him and sorting through his memories and listening/learning from him. My condolences to his wonderful family and extended family.  My family misses him so much. Here’s him on his 95th birthday this year.
