Pauline Margaret Sutton, 97, of Sarasota, FL died on Aug. 17, 2015. Services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Monday., aug. 24th at Wiegand Brothers Funeral Home with interment at Sarasota Memorial Park in Sarasota, FL. She is survived by her daughter Betty and son-in-law Walter Morris of Battle Creek, MI. Pauline was a graduate of Marshall High School, and received her Bachelor and Masters’ Degrees from Western Michigan University. She retired as a teacher and junior high school principal from Pennfied, MI. Was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Sarasota, since 1981. She served on the Board of Honorary teachers Sorority State of Michigan Elementary Education Committee for eight years; State Elementary Association, State Secondary Association and volunteered for Sarasota Memorial Hospital. She spent one summer teaching inmates at Jackson Prison. Enjoyed sewing, painting and poetry. She hand wrote approximately 25 notes each month to shut-ins. Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army or a charity of your choice.
