Alma Stack

December 17, 1924 - July 20, 2015

It is with peace, love and wonderful memories that our family announces the passing of our wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Alma is survived by her husband of 58 years, Doug; her children, Carol (Al), Murray (Vivian), Jim (Kelly) and Collette; her seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and her two sisters and their families. She was predeceased by her parents, Ovila and Rose Chortier; sisters, Yvonne, Eva, Clem and Louise; brother, Gerard; and her granddaughter, Jamie Stack. Alma was born and raised in the Harris District on the family farm with her seven siblings. She married Doug Stack on July 8, 1957. They lived in Saskatoon for the first few years and then settled on their farm at Environ where they raised their four children. Please join us in the Celebration of Alma's Life at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 24th at the Asquith Baptist Church (Main St, Asquith, SK).
