Tony passed away peacefully in his sleep at his care home in Saskatoon on Saturday February 5, 2022, age 76. Tony was born on April 24, 1945 in Krydor SK to Peter and Mary Shyluk. Tony is survived by his daughters Deanna (Brennan, Charlotte, and Edward Krowchenko) and Stephanie (Leesa Schultes); wife Lynn; sister Margaret (Art Bergan) and brothers Jerry (Karen) of Saskatoon SK., and Donald of Courtenay BC.; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Tony was predeceased by his parents Peter and Mary Shyluk of Krydor, SK., his brother Walter, and sisters Anne Krawchuk and Marie Leier. Tony attended the University of Saskatchewan and obtained a B.Sc. and enjoyed sharing in the academic achievements in all his family. He always took pride in his cars and those near to him played a part in the adventures and stories. Tony was an accomplished carpenter, he built a cottage at Blackstrap and three houses in Saskatoon. As the general contractor he had a high standard for his projects and took the time to include his daughters and Lynn in construction and home maintenance. During his younger years he enjoyed fishing in northern Saskatchewan, tended beautiful vegetable gardens, did puzzles and crosswords, and filled the extra hours puttering on various projects. In his retirement, he enjoyed warm vacations, especially trips to Maui with Lynn. There will be no service at this time, but a Celebration of Life at a later date.
