Brenda Lorraine Laing was born in Moose Jaw, SK. on August 3, 1950 and passed away suddenly in Saskatoon at the Royal University Hospital on February 14, 2019. She was predeceased by her father and mother Albert and Lorena Van Moorlehem, brother Wayne Van Moorlehem, sister Sandra Thornsby, father and mother in-law Stuart and Reva Laing, and sister-in-law Joanne McClenaghan. She is survived by her husband Robert Laing, and children Boyd (Dawn) Laing, Bryce (Jilana) Laing, Allison (Dylan) Menard, sisters Linda (Bert) Holiday and Elaine Van Moorlehem, 7 grandchildren Levi, Logan, Declan and Kenzie Laing, Ben, Nixon and Kadence Menard, and many nieces and nephews. Teaching was Brenda’s passion and she taught for over 20 years in Ogema, SK and Leader, SK. She will be greatly missed by her family and all whose lives she touched.
