Gail was born April 12, 1949, in Saskatoon, SK and died on October 21, 2025. She was the second of three daughters born to Samel Burwash McKenzie and Marjorie Janet McKenzie (née Waugh). She was predeceased by mother in 1960, father in 1977 and eldest sister, Elaine McKenzie in 2015.
Gail will be forever missed by her husband of 59 years, Bill Walker, son Dean Walker, grandsons Brian and Dylan Walker, great grandchildren Lucas and Raelynn Walker, sister Arlene McKenzie-Smith (Wes Smith) and numerous nieces and nephews.
Gail attended Victoria Public School and Nutana Collegiate. She was subsequently employed by the Saskatoon Co-op for over 46 years, retiring in 2014.
At Gail’s request, no service will be held. Her ashes will be interred at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
