November 27, 1979 - August 9, 2026
Chantalle Shirley Michelle Lepine, age 46, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in her home on the morning of August 9, 2026.
Born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on November 27, 1979, Chantalle lived a life defined by warmth, generosity, and an extraordinary capacity for love. She possessed a vibrant energy that naturally drew people in; to know Chantalle was to be welcomed into her inner circle. Her home and heart were always open; over the years, many of her colleagues, friends, and her children's friends grew to see her as family, with many affectionately calling her "Mom."
Chantalle had a natural gift for nurturing life and creating a home filled with vibrancy and warmth. Her walls were lined with plants she had lovingly cared for over the years; she would often take in tired, fading plants that others would discard and gently bring them back to life. Above all, Chantalle was the unwavering anchor of her family. She had a loving, fierce determination to keep everyone close, bringing her family together and holding them tight. Her husband was her best friend, and her children and grandchildren were her absolute world. Though Allison entered her life as her stepdaughter, Chantalle loved her deeply as her very own. She knew no distinction between a stepchild and her own, to Chantalle, they were all simply her children.
Chantalle is survived by her husband Lealand Lepine; her children: Allison Thode (Jesse), Thomas Lepine (Krinda), Alyx Lepine (Adam), Rylee Lepine (Charity), and her youngest daughter, affectionately referred to as Cupid. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Benjamin and Isabella; her mother, Georgette Madden and her stepfather Tom Madden; her mother-in-law, Una Lepine; her siblings, Tammy Truyen, Jason Andres, Robert Andres, Donna Stamper, Laura Stamper, Duane Stamper, Angela Stamper, Ryan Stamper, Aaron Stamper; and all those who were lucky enough to be loved by her. Chantalle leaves behind a wide circle of extended family, dear friends, and colleagues.
Chantalle was predeceased by her father Donald Stamper; her brothers Doug Stamper and William Stamper; her sister Debra Stamper; her nephew Nicholas Andres; her grandparents Florence and Albert Lepage; her aunt and uncle, Yvonne and Austin Wilkinson; and her father-in-law Thomas Scott. Although we miss her deeply, there is some peace in knowing that she is reunited with and wrapped in the love of those who went before her.
Chantalle’s famous parting sentiment to those she cherished was simple, true, and enduring, she loved her family "to the moon and back."
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to help cover funeral expenses via GoFundMe at https://gofund.me/fc555eeab . Any donations over and above what is needed to cover funeral and memorial expenses will be contributed to a Registered Education Savings Plan for Chantalle’s two beloved grandchildren, Benjamin and Isabella.
