Diane Rachel Terleski passed away on April 28, 2022 at the age of 58. She was born on December 2, 1963 in Wadena, SK. We offer our extreme gratitude to the staff and doctors in the ICU unit of St Paul’s Hospital, also to her group home in Colonsay, SK. Diane was predeceased by her parents John and Grace Terleski. She is survived by her siblings David, Daniel (Val), Darius (Debbie), Deb (Pete), Drusilla, Dathan (Katherine), Demetrius (Danielle) and Damaris, 11 nieces and nephews, and numerous great nieces and great nephews. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to support mental health services of your choice in her honour. A private memorial will be held for Diane by the family at a later date.
