Edward leaves to mourn his loving wife of 47 years, Cecelia; three children, Raylene (James) BrÅ©le – Taylor, Alexandria (Jordan), Zachary, Emily, Justin, Jordan; Mark – Elisha, Kaitlyn and Alexander; Lesley (Todd) Deutsch – Zoe; sister, Evelyn Paradis; sister-in-law, Mary Ladner; sisters-in-law, Gloria (Ken) Pollon, JoAnn Zatylny, Bernadette Gettis, Constance Kelly, Joanna (Norm) Noels, Cheryl Zatylny; brothers-in-law, Raymond Zatylny, Ben (Olive) Zatylny, Gerald Zatylny and Ken (Cathy) Zatylny; his faithful furry companion, Duchess; as well as many nieces and nephews. Ed was predeceased by his daughter, Anne; grandchildren, Hannah and Noah; parents, Alexander and Katherina; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Julia and Anton Zatylny; brother, Wilf; sister, Norma; brothers-in-law, Dennis Zatylny, Sid Kelly, Paul Paradis, Peter Demyen; and sister-in-law, Darlene Zatylny. Ed was a hardworking man, with farming in his blood. He was a man of many talents, including mechanics, wood working, and his love of restoring tractors. He was devoted to his ten grandchildren, who loved joking around, storytelling and helping others. Ed was a generous man with a huge heart and a love of animals. Flowers are gratefully declined, donations can be made to the President’s Choice Children’s Charity (1 President's Choice Circle, Brampton, ON, L6Y 5S5), the Saskatchewan Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 21st at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Raymore, SK.
