Dear Eric, Neil and FamiliesAunt Erica was a special person.  I remember both Aunt Erica and Uncle Herb as having big personalities and it was a real pleasure to share time with them.  As so many of you have testified Aunt Erica had the ability, and the gift , to establish a special connection with those around her.  She certainly did so with me.Even though Aunt Erica and I were separated by distance our paths crossed many times over the years.  Each time Aunt Erica quickly established a strong bond that made time and distance disappear. In each of those meetings made big impression and created a vivid memory for me.  We are thinking about Aunt Erica, Uncle Herb, and your families during this most difficult time. Hi Eric and NeilI just heard about the passing of Aunt Erica.  I am sorry to hear that!  Whenever I saw Aunt Erica, as a young boy, she always had a smile that made me feel welcome.  I have very vivid fond memories of her with Uncle Herb when I was a boy.  I pray that she is at peace and that her passing was peaceful. Der Eric and Neil and families, I was very sad to hear of Aunt Erica's passing. I remember all the good times we had together as a family. I spent lots of time at Erica and  Uncle Herb's place in Saskatoon when I was growing up.You were blessed to have such a wonderful mother, and grandmother around. Keep all the memories in your heart.
