The family of Fred Drews, announces with deep sadness, the passing of our brother and uncle of Saskatoon, SK on November 11, 2020. Fred was born on December 26, 1925 on the family farm in the RM of Aberdeen, SK. Fred is survived by his sister Adeline Hanke, brother-in-law Nick Husch and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents John and Amelia Drews and siblings Herbert and Esther Drews, Arthur and Wilhelmine Drews, Roman and Waltraut Drews, Herman and Helen Drews, Ellen and John Stewart, Frieda Husch, Alma and Joe Paller, brother-in-law Emil Hanke, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Cremation arrangements have taken place. As per Fred’s wishes he will be laid to rest in a family plot. A service will be held at a later date.
