Glen passed away unexpectedly on January 10th at St Paul’s Hospital. He is predeceased by his parents Stuart and Beatrice. Glen will be greatly missed by his daughters Janet (Darren) and Meghan (Adam); his grandchildren Tylor, Kolton, Erin, Wyatt, Courtney, Waylon, and Ocean; his sister Linda and brothers Douglas and David. Glen was born and raised in Saskatoon and spent his working life in the local men's wear community at Lindsay & Scott's Menswear and the last 29 years at Mr Big & Tall. Away from the store he could be found on the golf course. He was a talented hockey player in his youth, playing in the WJHL with the Saskatoon Blades and Swift Current Broncos; he was drafted in 1968 by the Minnesota North Stars, and went on to play with numerous teams in the IHL and the WIHL.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, Jan 17th at 2:00 pm from Acadia-McKague’s Funeral Centre (915 Acadia Drive).
