Mom will be lovingly remembered by her children: Millie Kinnear (Bob), Fred Risling, Dolores Kraft, Ronald Risling (Jackie), Robert Risling (Lisa), Donald Risling (Cheryle) and Shirley Herle (Tim). She was Grandma to 15 Grandchildren and Great-Grandma to 16 Great- Grandchildren.
Mom found joy in baking (especially her famous homemade buns and desserts), knitting, playing cards, attending church, taking part in community events, and visiting with her family and friends. She lived a long and active life on the farm by Revenue and in the town of Unity. She will be greatly missed.
The family would like to express their gratitude to all the staff at Cozy Nest Care Home for the excellent care provided.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, located at 201 5th Ave, Unity, Saskatchewan, on December 20, 2025, starting at 1:00 pm.
