Jenny passed away peacefully at Royal University Hospital at the age of 76 years. She is mourned by her two daughters, Laura (Kelly) Chubala and Tana (Shepherd) Halvorsen; 4 grandchildren, Jaymie (Colin) Emberley, Devin Chubala (Kate), Stephanie Chubala (Danny) and Colby Chubala; 4 great grandchildren, Kaden, Kaylee, Aria, and Jace; her brother Howard (Colette) Smith and their daughters, Carmen (Tod) Emel and Janna (Jordan) Willick. She was predeceased by her husband, Earl Hynes, parents Gordon and Gladys Smith, and niece Heather Risling. Jenny worked for years at St. Andrew’s College and the Public Works Department with the Federal Government. A Social Gathering will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 26th at Windsor Chapel - Lower Level (Use East Entrance at 704 Windsor Street). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crones and Colitis Foundation, Diabetes Assoc, or the Cystic Fybrosis Foundation in Jenny’s memory.
