Shocked and saddened to visit Grandma Lee's today and hear of Joy's passing. She was such a pleasure to chat with and we often talked about our favorite Ukrainian foods and family get-togethers. My sincerest condolences to her family who she spoke of often and with such fondness and her many friends and co-workers who she cherished dearly.

I just heard today of Joys passing. Although we haven't connected in ages, memories of high school days never leave and the friendship with Joy and June in those yrs are with me always. My condolences to all of the family and friends who loved her and will miss her.

I worked with Joy at Grandma Lees and always truly enjoyed her presence and wisdom. She was always dancing along with the radio while she made toast in the morning and sandwiches in the afternoon.  So happy to have still been able to visit her on my lunch breaks when I got a job a couple blocks away. Joy, you were a jem and will be missed by many!

So sad to hear of Joy's passing.  For many many years she made my toast at 9:00 am Monday to Friday.  Always a smile, giggle and
conversation.  May she rest in peace!

So very sorry to hear of Joy's passing. We worked together at Dominion Stores so many years ago. Had a lot of laughs together.
