Lena Sander passed away on February 12, 2025 after a short illness. Lena or Helen as she was called in her growing up years will be missed by her children Vicki (Dennis) Wilson, Terry (Beverley) Sander and Dale Sander. Lena had six grandchildren; Marlene Wilson, Alexander (Gina) Wilson, Colin Sander, Michael Sander and Kimberley (Nathan) Miles, Chelsea Sander. She also had five great grandchildren; Madison, Nicklos, Grant, Adeline Miles and Sean Wilson. Lena also leaves behind her brothers and sisters; Peter (Gail) Fehr, John (Sarah) Fehr, Sarah (Gordon) Currah, Ron Fehr, Jean Fehr (Chris Eason) and Marlene Fehr. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephew.
Lena is predeceased by her parent’s; Issac M. and Anna Fehr, husband; Ludwig Sander, daughter; in law Gloria Sander, Sisters; Aggie (Ben) Peters, Ann Fehr, and Brothers; Bill Fehr and David Fehr.
A Celebration of Life will be held on February 24, 2025 at 10:00 am at Morning Glory-Acadia McKague’s Funeral Chapel at 915 Acadia Drive Saskatoon.
