Peter Senger

Peter passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at the age of 83. He was born in Allan, SK to parents Joseph and Annie Senger. He was predeceased by his parents and his sister, Lorraine Usselman. Peter is survived by his wife of 61 years, Doreen Senger (nee Hagel) and children Sheila Senger, Arleen Koob and Dean (Stephanie) Senger. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Tenielle, Brittney and Taya Koob; and Joel Senger. His brother Len (Iris) Senger of Camrose, AB and his sister Marlene (Allister) Adam of Meath Park, SK also grieve the loss of their brother. Pete began his driving career in 1951, working for Herb Smith as a truck driver. He bought the company in 1958 and moved the equipment hauling portion of the company to Saskatoon in 1967. He sold his company in 1991 but missed the road. He spent summers driving long haul and wintered in Yuma, AZ. A private family memorial will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2019 in Allan, SK.
