It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of a son, brother, uncle, grandson, godfather, cousin and friend. Roland was born to Marlene Villeneuve and Melvin Littlecrow on September 25, 1985 at St. Paul’s Hospital in Saskatoon. On December 5, 2019 Roland departed to the Spirit World with his family at his side. As a young boy Roland lived in numerous places and worked in various trades. He was very proud after he earned his certificates in Steel Stud & Dry Wall; Fall Protection; Construction Safety Training System; Confined Spaces; Safety Construction Orientation and the Rights & Responsibilities to a Safe Workplace. At the time of his passing, he was happily employed at Gold Horse Casino in Lloydminster. Roland was a hardworking man and on his days off he loved to enjoy a Budweiser and steak while watching his favorite team Edmonton Oilers. He also enjoyed riding horses, helping his dad with chuckwagon racing and doing chores with the horses. Left to cherish his memory are his parents Melvin Littlecrow and Marlene Villeneuve, brothers: Steve, Kevin, Curtis; Sisters: Rachel, Diane and Janet, godfather Louis, godmother Claudia and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends. A Traditional Service will begin at 4:00pm Sunday Dec. 8, 2019 in the Charles Red Hawk Elementary School gymnasium. The Funeral Service will follow on Monday Dec. 9, 2019 at 2:00pm.
