Scott was a kind, funny and loyal person who valued friendship deeply. He was a good friend to many and had a way of bringing laughter and warmth to the people around him. Those who knew Scott will remember his humour, his kindness, and the unique place he held their lives.
Scott was born and spent his early childhood in Glan, Conwy, Wales, with his large extended family. At the age of 12, Scott moved with his family to Canada, beginning a new chapter in his life.
He attended St. Angela Elementary School and Later BJM High School, where he made friendships and memories that remained part of his life.
Scott was the beloved son of Trevor and June Roberts. He will be deeply missed by his sister Laura (Matthew) and brother Connor (Lindsay). Scott shares a particularly special bond with his niece Eira, helping to raise her and being an important part of her life. Scott and Eira shared many wonderful moments together, including their legendary “cage wrestling matches” on the trampoline. Those playful battles were a reflection of Scott’s fun-loving spirit and the special relationship they had.
He was also a much-loved uncle to Liam.
Scott was predeceased by his grandparents, Trevor and Catherine Roberts and John and Mary Evans.
Scott had a love of space, Star Wars and wrestling. He could talk at length about the things he loved and was always happy to share his knowledge with others. He was in fact a walking encyclopedia of knowledge.
Scott was also a die-hard Manchester United fan, something he shared deeply with his Dad and brother.
His absence will leave an enormous space in the lives of those who loved him. He will be deeply missed, but the memories, stories and laughter he gave his family and friends will remain with them always.
For Scott's love of Manchester United and Wales, please wear his favorite color red to the service.
