Therese LaCroix

She is survived by her daughter Linda, son-in-law Doug, grandson Larry (Lori), great-granddaughter Chantal (Lane), great-great-granddaughter Paisley; grandson Jason (Leanne), great-granddaughter Madison (Daniel); granddaughter Lisa and great-granddaughters Sara and Amy.

She was predeceased by her husband George, great-granddaughter Alexandra, her parents, eleven brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Therese was born November 15, 1924 in Vonda SK. Growing up in Leoville, she eventually moved to St. Louis SK. after marrying George LaCroix. There they farmed from 1951 until 1993 before moving to Prince Albert SK. upon their retirement. She remained in Prince Albert until 2017, when she moved in with Doug and Linda in their home in Saskatoon. Therese remained a part of the Catholic Women’s League of Canada (CWL) across her moves and had been a member for 70 years at the time of her passing. She loved being surrounded by her family and was a huge sports fan, especially when it came to watching curling and cheering for her Toronto Blue Jays. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at the St. Louis Cemetery with lunch to follow at the St. Louis Bowling Alley.
