Walter Falk

June 6, 1931 - March 18, 2020

We are sad to announce the passing of Walter at Circle Drive Special Care Home at the age of 88. He was born and raised in Dundurn, SK. He is survived by his wife Louise of 67 years; 7 children and their spouses; 22 grandchildren and their spouses; and 9 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He farmed all his life, enjoyed working with cattle and horses; he always said he felt closest to God when he was in the open farm field. He was very involved with the Dundurn Mennonite Church, and later First Mennonite Church in Saskatoon. He is remembered as a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Circle Drive Special Care Home for the care he received. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made to Circle Drive Special Care Home (3055 Preston Ave S, Saskatoon, SK S7T 1C3). At this time there will be no public funeral; a private immediate family graveside interment will be held. A public memorial service will be held at a later date.
