It is with heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Wally on August 8, 2025 with family by his side.
Wally is survived by his wife Joanell and step-daughter Lori (Neil, Zachary, Dillon), daughter Sandra (Brian, Christopher, Tyler), daughter Karen (Victor, Kelsey), and son Jack (Maryann, Ashley, Stephanie, Brett, Jessica, Brandon). Wally is also survived by his sister June and many other extended family and friends.
Wally was predeceased by his parents Edna and Percival McGunigal, step-father Jack Whitehouse and siblings James and Eleanor.
Wally spent his career as a wholesale electric equipment salesman with AA Murphy and Sons, Westburne, and Eecol Electric.
Wally was a very respected and loved friend and family man with a huge heart and sense of humour.

We will miss him dearly but are thankful he is now where he wanted to be.
