Devoted father of Elaine Irwin (late Ross), late David and Robbie. Proud grandpa of David (Tina), Stephen, Nicole (Rob) and Bradley. Great grandpa of Gavin, Jase, Jonathan, Brooke, Leah, Kylie and Macy. Dear father-in-law of Cheryl. Brother of Mary Clarke (late Bill), late Cecilia Cunningham (late John), Jean Culbert (late Murdy), late Jim (late Charlotte) and Rose Allardyce (Michael). Predeceased by his parents Edward and Sarah Stewart. Brother-in-law of John Irons (late Jean), late Margaret Ballantyne (late Hiram), Sadie Fullerton (late Adam), late Hugh Irons (Catherine), Robert Irons (Heidi), Edward Irons (Betty) and May Currie (Mike). Alex will also be missed by many nieces and nephews in Scotland, England and Canada.
