Barbara Ellen Wavrychuk

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the peaceful passing of Barb at the age of 79.

Daughter to the late John and Verna Wavrychuk. Dear sister to the late John Wavrychuck. Proud mother of Kevin Cudmore, Karen Gregg (Nick), Kyla Cudmore and Toni-Lynne Gallant (Pat). Cherished Nannie of Teniel Boyer (Tristan), Tara Lachine (Jaron), Tyler Gregg, Branson and Chantal Gallant. Great Nannie to Avianna and Greyson Boyer. She will also be missed by many other friends and relatives.

She loved being outdoors in the bush and at camp, and was always there for her grandchildren whenever they needed anything. She had a love for animals and will be fondly remembered for her sense of humor.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the homecare nurses who cared for her in her final years. Also a special thank you to the whole staff at A.R.C.H. and Dr. Apostle for their care and compassion.

As per Barb's request there will be no formal funeral service at this time. A Celebration of life will take place on Saturday, July 25, 2026. Please reach out to the family for more details. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations (made payable by cheque or online) to A.R.C.H. would be greatly appreciated by the family.
