Carmen is now reunited with her beloved husband, Gerry. Carmen leaves behind her loving sons Joe (Colette), Donald (Linda), Nelson (Kathryn), Rob (Cheryl), Al and Steve (Jody). Cherished Grandmother to Mathieux (Alannah), Sean (Brian), Sarah (Ryan), Kyle (Leslie), Tiffany, Alex (Trisha), Andrew (Katrina), Katie, Patrick and Dustin (Brittney). Special Great-Grandmother to several great-grandkids.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff on the second and third floors of the F.J. Davey Home.
As per Carmen's wishes, cremation has taken place. Carmen will be laid to rest privately by her family at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions (payable by cheque or online) in Carmen's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society, Crohns & Colitis Canada or the Sault Area Hospital Foundation - Cancer Care Fund.
