BRIGLIO, Carmine – Son of the late Eduardo and Isabella (nee Plastino) Briglio (Cleto, Italy) peacefully passed away at the Sault Area Hospital with his family by his side on Sunday, March 3, 2013 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Maria (nee Caputo) for 68 years. Loving father of Edward (Carol), Isabelle DeLuca (Aldo), Gino (Pam) of Sault, Michigan, Tony (Christine), Peter (Nancy) of Toronto and Rico (Juli). Brother of Caterina Parisi (late Luigi), Irma Pulice of France (late Giuseppe), Salvatore (Rosina), Antonia Colosimo (late Mario), late Luigi (late Francesca) of Brooklyn, New York, Giuseppe (Emilia) of Ottawa and Maria Cuglietta (late Giovanni). Brother-in-law of the late Gabriele Caputo (Emma), late Luisa Falsetto (late Emilio) of Ottawa and Elvira Caputo. Nonno of Stephen (Corinna), David of Windsor and Andrea Briglio of London, Laura, Paul and Jason (Hilary) DeLuca, Amanda of New York and Alex Briglio of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, Sara (Luke) of Ottawa and Anthony (friend Camille) Briglio, Rachel Briglio of Toronto and Tiana and Alysha Briglio. Great grandfather of Ava Briglio and Nolan and Dean DeLuca. Uncle Carmine will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Special nephew of Fiorina Plastino of Cleto, Italy. Funeral Mass to be celebrated from St. Gregory’s Catholic Church on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at 11 am. Rev. Trevor Scarfone officiating. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum.
