David Charles Bussineau

Born May 27th, 1951 to Mitchell and Ruth Bussineau (nee MacDonald), "Buzz" learned from a young age the importance and value of taking care of family and living life to the fullest. Brother to the late Mary-Jo Eshkibok, the late Carol Hubley and younger sister Christine McWilliams (John).

It was to us, his children and grandchildren that Dave gave so much throughout his life. Caring father to Jeff Bussineau and Julie Bussineau. Reunited with his son, the late Sean Pritchard (Angie). Adored grandfather of Lauren Bussineau (Talon), Norah and Josie Rayner, and Jeffrey David, Mark and Kyle Pritchard.

Remembered by the mother of his children Patti Jennings. Beloved and important friend to Jan Metheany. Step-father to Nicole Falldien (Cameron) and Sean-Paul Falldien (Jessica).

Dad's life was one well-lived. He travelled, he played sports, he worked hard and loved those in his life, fiercely. His life-long friendships blessed his life and ours. He was the best of friends with the late Chuck and Susie Barbeau, Dave and Denise MacGillvray, Grahame and Gianna Aitken, and Raimo and the late Brenda Kallio. Friendships spanning 70 years are a rare and treasured thing to have.

Dave will still be found at our beautiful spot at Meenach Lake with his dog MacGuyver. He'll still be found in Lake Superior Park, reeling in speckled trout.

A Celebration of Life will take place in the future as we plan a party for Dad's family, friends and work colleagues from the coke oven by-products department. Dad was a fan of the works of Louis L'Amour and a passage from "The Walking Drum" has held special meaning for decades and more so now. Raise a glass for Dave and toast "Yol Bolson". Dad... may there ever be a road.
