It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Debbie Fleming (née Beith), who passed away on Wednesday, November 19th, 2025 at the age of 73.
Cherished wife of the late James Fleming. Devoted mother of Rhonda Dillabough (Kirk), Ryan, and Marty. Debbie was the proud and loving Grandma of Callie, Grifin, Aaliyah, Ember, Grey, Michelle, David, and the late Derek. Dear sister of late David Beith (Brenda), Wendy Cripps (late John Halcrow), Fred Beith (Christine), Cindy Bowser (Keith), Jim Beith, and Barb Armstrong. Dear sister-in-law of Donna Weatherston (late Iain) and the late Betty MacLeod Lyall, and Eddy. Debbie will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Debbie grew up with a love for family, food, and creating lasting memories. She was the cherished wife of the late Jim Fleming, with whom she shared 50 wonderful years before his passing. Together, they built a home filled with love, laughter, and the warmth of family.
One of Debbie’s greatest joys was spending time at camp with her family. Camp was where she created lifelong traditions and memories with her children, nieces and nephews, and grandchildren. These are memories that will be cherished for generations. Debbie made sure everyone felt welcome and included, sharing her meals with love and taking pride in knowing that camp was a place where laughter was shared and memories were made.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff at the Ontario Finnish Resthome for their compassion, respect, and warmth, and for making Debbie’s time there as good and comforting as possible.
Rest peacefully, mom. You will be forever loved, and your memory will live on in the hearts of all who were touched by your love and kindness.
As per Debbie's request, cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions made payable online or by cheque to A.R.C.H. would be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street East, 705-759-2522).
