Dorothy Margaret Myers

Dorothy is now reunited with her late husband, Clarence Myers, who predeceased her in 2011. Loving mother of Sharlene Myers (Jon), Larry Myers (Denise), Linda Meeder (Chris) and Rick Myers (Lisa). Cherished grandmother of Cynthia Ridley (Charles), Jason Myers (Nadine), Laura Rae Parish, Josh Myers (Sondra), Jonelle Johnson (Mark), Preston Meeder (Ashley), Jeremy Myers, Ryan Meeder (Meredith) and Amber Myers (Steve). Beloved great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Dorothy is predeceased by her siblings and in-laws and was the last of her generation. She will be greatly missed by many friends and extended family.

Dorothy was a wonderful knitter and knitted many outfits and afghans for her grand and great-grand-babies, who were the light of her life. She was very involved in her son Larry's arts and crafts business, knitting items for his many wooden crafts. Dorothy was a devoted member of the Anglican Church for many years. In her younger years, she and her husband Ray spent time travelling for his work to many places such as Aruba, Northern Manitoba and they lived in the United States for several years. She will be remembered for her sense of humour, generous nature, kindness and her flaky pastry recipe.
