LANG, Herbert, Sirius – On January, 9, 2014, Herbie was met with open arms by his late son-in-law Lorne Sprague and his late parents Elfreida and Harry Hoffman. Herbie faced life with strength, courage and determination. He will be forever loved into eternity by his soul mate, best friend, wife Brenda whom he shared the best years of his life. He was much loved by his son Jeffery Nisbit and wife Mona. He was also a much loved Dad to Carrie Williams and husband Gerry, Jennifer Sprague and her husband the late Lorne. Very special Opa of Simon Alexander and Deacon Sirus Nisbit. Herbie will be missed by his grandsons very much. They always brought a smile to his face. Herbie was also loved by Brenda’s grandchildren Ryan Alexander, Justin Tyler Williams, Cristian Owen and Sawyer Alana Sprague. He is survived by his loving brother Peter Hoffman and dear aunt Helga and the late Walter Katzensteiner. He will be sadly missed by loyal companion Rickie. Dear friend of Leo and Cristal Hubel. A private celebration of Herbie’s life has already been held. In lieu of flowers, donations would be greatly appreciated to the Diabetes Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
