MIDDLETON, Iris - Peacefully at the F.J. Davey Home on Saturday, August 18, 2018 in her 94th year with family at her side. Devoted wife of Fred for 73 years. Loving mother of Roy (Shirley) and Brian (Carl). Proud grandmother of Shelley (Jeff), Trevor, Rob (Tanya), Steve (Nikki) and Julia (Tim). Cherished great grandmother of Nash, Tate and Aspen Marie Iris. Daughter of the late Harry and Nellie Slater. Dear sister of late Frank (late Betty), Brian (Jenny) in England. Daughter-in-law of the late Otis and Margaret Middleton. Sister-in-law of the late Beulah and the late Tillie. Iris will also be fondly remembered by many relatives in the UK and the US, especially Chris (John) in the UK, and close friends Herman, Gee, Anja P., Anja B., Sherry and Heather. Iris was an avid golfer and will be sorely missed by all who knew her at the Root River Golf Club. Iris was also a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies' Auxiliary for over 60 years.
