ROWE, Joyce Evelyn – Passed away peacefully at the F.J. Davey on Friday, November 12, 2010 at the age of 80. Loving wife of the late Charles Arnold Rowe. Beloved mother of Fred (Mary Jane), Cliff (Ann-Marie), Sandra Berlinghoff (Derek Williams) and Sam (Johanna). Devoted grandmother of Stephanie (Jonas), Wendy (Jesse), Jennifer (Ryan) and Megan (Tristan). Great grandmother of Gabriel, Damian, Arja and Jonas. Sister to the late Jean Tulloch (late Alvin).
