

FEBBRARO, Raffaele Domenico - It is with immeasurable sadness that the family of Raffaele Domenico Febbraro must announce the sudden passing of their beloved Husband, Father and Nonno. In the loving arms of his wife and with his children at his side He was called home to Heaven for eternal rest on Friday the 2nd of December 2011. Born on May 7, 1938 in Serra D’Aiello Italy to parents, Giovanni Febbraro and Francesca (Leo) Febbraro. Predeceased by Brother Francesco Febbraro (Francesca) as well as brother in law Alfredo Facetti (Rose). Raffaele’s infectious smile and generous nature will be forever missed by countless adoring friends and family members. A Devoted husband for 53 years to Francesca Febbraro (Fascetti). Their undying love blessed them with 4 wonderful sons, Luciano (wife Manuela), Gino (wife Mary), Roberto and Mario (wife Devon) who will forever pain for the loss of their beautiful Father. Raffaele was the happiest and proudest Nonno to all eight of his grandchildren; Lucas, Mark, Lauren, Jada, Cian, Ana, Olivia and Raffaele, who will eternally remember and cherish all of the wonderful times and love he showered upon them. Also survived by his sister Antonetta Febbraro in Sierra D’Aiello, brother in law Valerio Facetti (wife Maria) in Campora San Giovanni Italy as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family members in Canada and Italy and special cousin to Joe and Rosa Beltrano of Sault Ste. Marie. Raff as he was lovingly known to many will be greatly missed by his countless friends especially his neighbourhood companions on Doncaster Rd. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 from 10 am - 12:30 pm. Funeral Mass to be celebrated from St. Veronica Catholic Church at 1 pm.
