It is with sad hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Bob at Mapleview on Thursday, Nov 13, 2025 with his "Chummie" Heather by his side.

Bob was a good, kind, loving man who delighted in his life with his

"Girls": wife of 63 years of Diane Sagle nee Mitchell, daughter Heather Mann (Allan), granddaughter Allison and great granddaughter Natalie. They were his pride and joy and best friends!

Bob is predeceased by his parents Robert and Eva nee Warmington Sagle, his sisters Lorrene and Ellen and brother Leslie. Also predeceased by his in-laws Daniel and Fanny Mitchell and brother in-law Danny Mitchell. Survived by in-laws Edna and Mark Stephens

of California , Dolly and Jeff Tober of Wisconsin and Stephen and Joan Mitchell of Scotland and many nieces and nephews.

His Girls wish to honour the staff of Mapleview for their kind, cheerful care of Bob for the last year. Thank you!

Cremation has taken place. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street E., 705-759-2522). As per Bob's wishes no ceremonies will take place. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations (made payable by cheque or online) to A.R.C.H. or the Alzheimer's Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
