LAPLANTE, Ronald – We regret to announce the passing of Ron Laplante on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of the late Clara Jean. Father of Linda Laplante Proulx (Donald), Brenda Scornaiencki (Tony), Chris Nelson (Lori) and Brian Nelson (Diane). Grandfather of 11 and great grandfather of 9. Dear brother of John, late Marie Fraser (late George), Toots Legendre (late Jack) and the late Ella Leclair (John). Special uncle of Doug Laplante (Armande) and Gordie Fraser (Brenda). At Ron’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Memorial contributions to the SAH Cancer Care Fund would be appreciated by the family.
