Terry took great pride in all that he did. He paid meticulous attention to yard maintenance and snow shovelling. He anticipated and loved family visits. He was dedicated to his volunteer work at ARCH and previously at the Sault Area Hospital at the old Plummer location. Terry loved to read and many subscribers to our local newspaper, the Sault Daily Star, looked forward to his insightful letters to the editor. He loved to share all the information and documents he gathered while researching his family tree. He loved a good challenging board/card game with friends. For many years he greeted each morning by running from home on Pine Street to Soo Locks and back. He loved to participate in many organized marathons throughout the years, running half-marathons from Massey, to Terry Fox Runs in the Sault to Arizona. Until recently, he was taking French lessons, reading, writing and oral communication. He remembered fondly his “Sudbury” days down by the lake. He continued to love his days by the water, spending many of them with Cathy in their cabin he built in Goulais on The Lake Superior Shore. Terry will be missed by all who knew him.
