Dennis Stobie entered her life in 2007 and they became inseparable. Together they would do anything for family and friends and were always busy renovating, fishing and of course touring on the motorcycle. With Dennis came Pamela and Jessica who became the daughters she never had.
Wendy grew up in Tarbutt, Ontario the youngest child of Frank and Bessie Perry. She worked hard her whole life and achieved her dream of becoming a teacher in the late 90’s. She worked as a supply teacher all over Algoma until she retired in 2021. Her retirement was full of baking and motorcycle rides. Unfortunately, it was not long enough. She was taken from us on Friday, June 12, 2026 after a short but vicious fight with cancer.
Wendy and her son grew up together in their little house outside Echo Bay. All of Patrick’s friends knew that they were welcome there and would find love, food and discipline if they needed it. Wendy was famous for ‘The Look’
