Angela Anestos Anestos Dotson

Angela Anestos Dotson, 88, died Sunday March 25, 2012 at Hospice Savannah. Born in Savannah, GA. She was the daughter of the late Catherine Constantine and Peter Tash Anestos.

Angela enjoyed a successful career retiring from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a Realty Specialist.

She was a lifelong member of St. Paul’s Greek Orthodox Church. She was never happier than when she was with her daughters and grandchildren or at Tybee Island.

In addition to her parents, Angela was preceded in death by her husband, Horace S. Dotson, her brothers Tash P. Anestos, Harry P. Anestos and Paul P. Anestos, as well as her sisters Anna A. Skarpalezos and Ethel A. Van Dora.

Angela is survived by her daughters Paula (Joe) Hough and Vanessa (Mike) Jones both of Savannah, GA. and Catherine (Wade) Stewart of Atlanta, GA. Along with her grand children, Ashley, Drew and Austin Jones and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, March 27 with a Trisagion Service at 7:00 PM at Fairhaven Funeral Home - Hubert C. Baker Chapel, Savannah, GA. 31406 with Father Vasile Mihai, Officiating.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at St. Paul’s Greek Orthodox Church, 14West Anderson Street, Savannah, GA 31401.

Interment: Bonaventure Cemetery.
