

She was born in Stockton, Ga., and had formerly worked as a Sales Lady for Sears, Roebuck and Company. During WW II, she worked at Hunter Air Force Base. She along with her husband, Lewis A. Denison, Sr., founded Denison Cabinet and Fixture Company.
She was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church, American Legion Post # 184, Ladies Auxiliary; Ladies Auxiliary of Alee Temple Patrol Unit; the Savannah Exchange Club “Exchangettes”; and the Ladies Auxiliary of Elks BPO Lodge # 183.
She was a very gracious and sweet person, always ready to assist anyone in need, and she was always there for us.
She is survived by her husband, Lewis A. Denison, Sr., of Savannah, Ga; a son, Lewis A. Denison, Jr., Savannah, Ga; a daughter, Frances D. O’Neal (Bobby), of Savannah, Ga; a sister, Allamae Jones of St. Mary’s, Ga; 3 grandchildren, Gary C. Hart, II; Shelly Rudolphi, and Adam Denison, III; 4 great grandchildren, Victoria Elizabeth Lewis, Joshua Rudolphi, Elliott Rudolphi, and Megan Denison, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 2 – 5 p.m. Sunday at Fairhaven Funeral Home – Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
Funeral Services: 11 a.m. Monday in the Hubert C. Baker Chapel, with Rev. Tom Rash, officiating.
Interment will follow in Bonaventure Cemetery.
