

She was born in Oak Park, GA., and was preceded in death by her husband, Amos J. Sinclair, her parents, James Bobby Powell and Annie Mae Vaughn.
She had lived in Savannah, since 1941.
She was a long time member of Crossroads Baptist Church, formerly Burkhalter Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Seasoned Citizens, and the Joy Bringers Sunday School Class.
She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend.
She is survived by her children, Dorothy Gifford, Jack Sinclair (Carolyn), Bob Sinclair, Nancy Sinclair deRussy (de), Tommy Sinclair, Fred Sinclair (Bonnie), sisters, Nina Anderson (Franklin) and Emily Clark (Eugene); brothers, Alfred, Randall and Donald (Charlotte) Vaughn; 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 1 great, great, great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 2 – 4 p.m. Sunday at Fairhaven Funeral Home – Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
Funeral Services: 10 a.m. Monday at Crossroads Baptist Church, with Rev. Buddy Wasson, officiating. Mrs. Sinclair will be taken to the church to lie in state Monday, from 9 – 10 a.m.
Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
